Here's
a worthwhile tip for you:
Don’t
ever simply accept the lowest quote. Many homeowners who have built
or re-modelled their homes will tell you that, nine time out of ten
you’ll wish you hadn’t.
The
famous British economist and philosopher, John Ruskin, once said:
"Good
things are seldom cheap, and cheap things are seldom good. The
common law of all business balance prevents you from paying a
little and getting a lot – it cannot be done."
And
truer words are seldom spoken. Let's face it - you always get
what you pay for! When
designing, the places to pay most attention to are
the kitchen, the bathroom/s, and your general internal and external decor. Any estate agent will tell you that these are the rooms
and features that
sell a house.
And remember you can put beautiful, but inexpensive features
by just using your imagination.
